Property Desk Access Guide

Secure address: always use https://app.mayfairatrium.com. Do not enter your Property Desk password or MFA code on any other domain.

1. Desktop — Windows and Mac

Open app.mayfairatrium.com in a current version of Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox. Sign in with your Property Desk account and complete multi-factor authentication.

In Chrome or Edge, use the browser's Install app option when available to place Property Desk on the desktop and Start menu without installing a separate executable.

2. Android and Samsung

Open the secure web app in Chrome. Use the browser menu and choose Install app or Add to Home screen. The native Google Play and Samsung Galaxy Store versions will be linked on the Landlord App page after store approval.

3. iPhone and iPad

Open the secure web app in Safari, tap Share, then choose Add to Home Screen. The native Apple App Store version will be linked after approval.

4. First Login

Use the account or invitation issued to you.
Review the current Property Desk Terms, Privacy Notice and Data Processing Notice.
Set a strong password where required.
Enrol an authenticator app for mandatory MFA.
Store recovery codes securely and separately from your password.

5. Security Tips

Never share your password, authenticator code or recovery codes.
Check that the address bar shows https://app.mayfairatrium.com before signing in.
Sign out on shared devices.
Report unexpected login prompts, account activity or suspicious emails to info@mayfairatrium.com.
