Copyright, permitted use and app-store distribution
Unless otherwise stated, the Property Desk application, interface design, branding, documentation, original source code and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Mayfair Atrium Limited. User-uploaded documents and user-owned data remain subject to the user's or relevant third party's underlying rights.
While your authorised account and any required subscription remain valid, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use Property Desk for legitimate property-management purposes.
You may not resell, sublicense, copy substantial parts of, create unauthorised derivative services from, bypass security controls for, or reverse engineer the proprietary Service except to the limited extent applicable law expressly permits. You may not remove copyright, trademark or ownership notices.
Authorised Apple App Store, Google Play, Samsung Galaxy Store or Microsoft Store versions may be distributed under both these licence terms and the applicable store's mandatory terms. Store downloads do not transfer ownership of the software.
The licence includes authorised updates made available for the subscribed Service. Security, legal or compatibility updates may be required for continued access.
Property Desk may include libraries, frameworks, operating-system components or services distributed under third-party or open-source licences. Those components remain subject to their respective licence terms.
This software licence does not transfer ownership of your uploaded property, tenancy, financial or document content to Mayfair Atrium Limited. You grant only the rights reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support and lawfully retain the Service.
The licence ends when the account/subscription ends, except for any access reasonably needed for an agreed data export or lawful wind-down. We may suspend a licence for security, material breach, unlawful use or non-payment in accordance with the Property Desk Terms.
Mayfair Atrium names, logos and Property Desk branding may not be used to market another product or service without written permission.
