Version 1.0 · Effective 27 September 2026
Mayfair Atrium Property Desk (the Service) is operated by Mayfair Atrium Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 13505902, registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, Fifth Floor, London, England, W1W 5PF.
These terms govern access to and use of the Property Desk website, progressive web app and any authorised mobile or desktop distribution of the Service. Separate property-management, letting or other professional-service agreements remain separate from these software terms.
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, use mandatory multi-factor authentication where required, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Tenant accounts may be created or invited by an authorised landlord or property manager and must be activated by the tenant.
Where offered, a landlord account may include a 14-day no-charge trial. A trial does not itself authorise an automatic paid renewal. Any paid subscription, renewal or stored payment-method permission must be separately presented and agreed at checkout. Full card numbers and CVV security codes are not intended to be stored in the Property Desk application; payment credentials are handled by the relevant payment provider or app-store billing system.
Subject to these terms and any applicable subscription, Mayfair Atrium Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for your own authorised property-management purposes. The detailed software licence is set out in the Property Desk Licensing Terms.
You remain responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness and authority to upload property, tenancy, financial, identity, maintenance and other documents. You grant Mayfair Atrium Limited the rights necessary to host, scan, process, back up and present that content solely to operate and secure the Service and meet applicable legal obligations.
OCR, document classification, reminders, calculations and auto-filled fields are administrative aids. You must review extracted or calculated information before relying on or posting it. The Service does not provide legal, tax, accounting, mortgage, surveying or financial advice and does not replace independent professional review.
Landlords and property managers remain responsible for their legal obligations, notices, tenancy decisions, safety compliance, accounting treatment, deposit handling and communications. Tenants remain responsible for information they submit and must use maintenance and messaging features responsibly. Emergency situations must be reported to the appropriate emergency service or emergency contact rather than relying solely on the app.
Email, SMS, WhatsApp, payment, app-store, OCR, hosting or other integrations may depend on third-party providers. Availability and delivery can be affected by those providers. Where a third-party service has separate terms, those terms may also apply.
You must not misuse the Service, upload malware, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security controls, scrape or reverse engineer the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it, use another person's account without authority, or use the Service for unlawful or abusive purposes.
We may maintain, patch and update the Service to improve security, reliability, legal compliance or functionality. Material changes to these terms, privacy information or required data processing may require renewed acknowledgement in the Service. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.
We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, suspected misuse, non-payment, legal compliance or protection of users and systems. Account closure does not automatically delete records that must reasonably be retained for legal, accounting, security, dispute or shared-tenancy purposes. See the Privacy Notice.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, the Service is an administrative platform and Mayfair Atrium Limited is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate user input, unreviewed OCR extraction, third-party outages, or decisions that should reasonably have been independently checked.
The Property Desk software, interface, branding, documentation, databases created by the Service (excluding user-owned content) and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Mayfair Atrium Limited. “Mayfair Atrium” and “Property Desk” branding may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement or ownership without permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you. Contact: info@mayfairatrium.com.
